The Liberia Deal Book is made available through a structured access process for investors, operators, financiers, and strategic partners seeking a closer view of Liberia’s current investment pipeline.

Because the materials may contain project-level opportunities, indicative structures, and sector-specific information intended for serious review, access is not granted on an open or unrestricted basis. Interested parties are therefore required to complete the request form in order to be considered for access.

This process allows the Office of the Special Envoy for U.S. Trade and Investment to evaluate the nature of each request, understand the requesting party’s profile and objectives, and ensure that materials are shared in a disciplined and appropriate manner.

The form is intended to serve as an initial point of qualification and engagement. Following review, qualified parties may be granted access or contacted for further discussion as appropriate.
